Our story

How it started

Select Prop Firms began with a simple question: how do you know which prop firm is right for you, and where do you find clear information about the industry?

After decades in trading and financial services, a chance reconnection between old colleagues, each with deep experience in financial markets and performance marketing, sparked an idea. With complementary skills and a shared passion for trading, we saw a gap in a fast growing space: a reliable, data led platform built around the needs of funded traders.

What began as a conversation quickly became a mission.

Why we exist

Prop trading is full of opportunity. The information behind it is scattered.

Prop firms give everyday traders access to capital and a clear set of rules to trade under. Those rules, prices and payout terms differ from firm to firm and change often, and they are rarely set out in a way that is easy to compare.
