Audacity Capital review

Rules and prices checked on 1 October 2026 against Audacity Capital’s own website and terms.

Audacity Capital is a forex and CFD prop firm that says it was founded in London in 2012. Trading runs through AudaCity Global LTD, which holds an International Brokerage and Clearing House Licence issued in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, while a Dubai company handles payments and the firm keeps an office in London. Traders use MetaTrader 5 or DXtrade, and residents of the United States can join through DXtrade only. There are three routes. The Ability Challenge is a two step evaluation with targets of 10% and 5%, a 7.5% daily loss limit and a 15% maximum loss in the first phase, then 5% and 10% in verification and on the live account. Ability One is a one step evaluation with a 10% target, a 3% daily limit and a 6% maximum loss. FTP is an instant funding account with a 5% trailing daily limit, a 10% static maximum loss and a 10% target before each payout. List prices run from $49 for a $5,000 Ability Challenge to $1,299 for a $50,000 FTP account, with no monthly fees. There is no time limit, news trading and weekend holding are allowed outside a three minute window around high impact releases, and the Ability fee is refunded with the first payout if that payout exceeds it.

Suits

Patient forex traders who want wide static loss limits, no deadline and a refundable fee on a two step evaluation.

Less suited to

Avoid Audacity Capital if you rely on third party expert advisors, very short scalps, or a published Trustpilot rating when choosing a firm.

Pros

  • The Ability Challenge allows a 7.5% daily loss and a 15% maximum loss in its first phase, measured from the starting balance.
  • There is no time limit on any program and no monthly fee.
  • The Ability Challenge and Ability One fees are refunded with the first payout, provided the payout exceeds the fee.
  • News trading, overnight holding and weekend holding are allowed on every program outside a three minute window around high impact releases.
  • Residents of the United States can join through DXtrade.

Cons

  • Trustpilot shows no rating for audacity.capital, stating that the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines.
  • The FTP profit split starts at 50% to 60% and reaches 80% only at later scaling stages.
  • Trades closed within two minutes can be treated as prohibited scalping, and each position is capped at 10 lots.
  • Only personally developed expert advisors are allowed, so third party and commercial EAs are banned.
  • The terms contain a consistency clause and a 30 minute news rule for FTP that conflict with the marketing pages.

Verdict

Audacity Capital's main appeal is its long operating history and the wide loss limits on the two step Ability Challenge, where the first phase allows a 7.5% daily loss and a 15% maximum loss measured from the starting balance. The daily limit is set at each server rollover and, according to the knowledge centre, does not rise with intraday gains. Ability One suits traders who prefer a single 10% target but leaves only 6% of total room. Profit share on the Ability programs starts at 75%, rises to 85% on payouts of 10% profit or more, and can reach 90% after the account has doubled twice, with the challenge fee refunded alongside the first payout. FTP is a weaker offer on paper: its published split starts at 50% to 60% and reaches 80% only at later scaling stages, and its daily limit trails the day's highest equity. Several points need checking before buying. Trustpilot shows no rating for audacity.capital, stating that the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it removed a number of fake reviews. The terms still contain a consistency clause and a 30 minute news rule for FTP that the marketing pages contradict, and they allow the firm to end participation over negative public comments made without a valid basis. Trades closed within two minutes can be treated as prohibited scalping, and only personally built expert advisors are allowed. The firm suits patient swing traders who want wide static limits and no deadline.

What are the Ability Challenge rules?

Phase one needs a 10% profit and phase two a 5% profit, each over at least four trading days with no time limit. The daily loss limit is 7.5% in phase one and 5% afterwards, and the maximum loss is 15% and then 10% of the starting balance. The daily limit is set at rollover from the higher of balance or equity.

How do Audacity Capital payouts work?

On the Ability programs, the first payout can be requested 14 days after the first live trade and then every 14 days. The split starts at 75% and rises to 85% on payouts of 10% profit or more. KYC is needed first, account reviews take three to five business days, and the minimum withdrawal is $20.

Does Audacity Capital allow news trading?

Yes, on all programs, but positions must not be opened, closed or added to from three minutes before to three minutes after a high impact release or central bank speech. Take profit and stop loss fills inside that window also count. Straddling a release with pending buy and sell stop orders is listed as a prohibited practice.

How does the Audacity Capital scaling plan work?

On the Ability Challenge and Ability One, an account that makes at least 2.5% a month for three consecutive months and completes an approved withdrawal can have its balance doubled, with reviews every three months. FTP accounts double each time the 10% target is reached. The website advertises scaling beyond $2 million.
