The5ers rules in full
- Risk Management: Traders are required to follow strict risk management guidelines, including submitting a proper stop-loss order for every position. The recommended maximum risk per trade is 1% of the account balance, preferably less.
- Leverage: Traders must use the leverage settings assigned to their accounts as per the program description. Exceeding the official leverage limit is forbidden. The risk department may impose additional temporary risk parameters such as leverage limits or position size constraints based on trading behavior or insufficient trading history.
- Trading Conditions: Trading is done through The5ers Fund’s capital via regulated liquidity providers, using the MetaTrader 5 platform with STP Market Execution. Spreads and commissions are transparent, with a commission of $4 per lot round trip and variable spreads (e.g., EUR/USD spread ranges from 0.1 to 0.5 pips).
- Prohibited Practices: Traders must avoid prohibited trading practices as outlined by The5ers, which include but are not limited to violating risk management rules or using unauthorized leverage.
- Account Management: Traders must keep all accounts under the same email address and are not allowed to register multiple accounts with different emails.
- Compliance: Traders must comply with all program terms and conditions, including any updates or changes made by The5ers.
Scaling rules
The5ers review
The5ers is operated by Five Percent Online Ltd, a company registered in London, and has run trader programs since 2016. Its CFD range covers four standing programs plus a limited time Summer Plan. High Stakes is a two step challenge with sizes from $2,500 to $100,000, sold in a New version with a 10% first target from $19 and a Classic version with an 8% first target from $22, both followed by a 5% second step. Pro Growth is a one step evaluation with a 10% target, a 3% daily loss limit and a 6% maximum loss, priced from $52 for $5,000 to $329 for $50,000. Hyper Growth is the original one step program, priced from $260 for $5,000, and doubles the account on every 10% target. Bootcamp spreads the evaluation over three steps and splits the fee, with a small entry payment and the balance due on funding. No program has a time limit. High Stakes starts at an 80% split, and every program can reach 100% through scaling. Trading runs on MetaTrader 5, cTrader and TradingView, with clients in the United States limited to TradingView. Payouts can be requested 14 days after funding and every two weeks after that.
Suits
Patient forex traders who want to grow a single account over time through scaling toward a 100% split.
Less suited to
Avoid The5ers if you trade the minutes around high impact news on High Stakes or need payouts free of a 3.5% commission.
Pros
- High Stakes starts from $19 for a $2,500 account.
- No program has a time limit, and all allow overnight and weekend holding.
- Scaling can take the split to 100%, with fixed monthly payments on large High Stakes balances.
- High Stakes returns the fee in stages, ending with 70% in cash alongside the first payout.
- Bootcamp lets traders pay a small entry fee and settle the rest only after funding.
Cons
- Payouts by Rise, crypto or bank transfer carry a 3.5% commission.
- The $50,000 and $100,000 High Stakes accounts cap payouts at $3,000 and $4,000.
- High Stakes bans order execution from two minutes before to two minutes after high impact news.
- Hyper Growth is expensive, at $260 for a $5,000 account.
- Clients in the United States can only trade on TradingView.
Verdict
The5ers stands out for its scaling structure. High Stakes accounts grow at every 10% target reached with three profitable days, the split rises from 80% toward 100%, and balances of $350,000 and $500,000 add fixed monthly payments of $4,000 and $10,000. Hyper Growth doubles the account at each target on the way to $4 million, and Bootcamp lets traders defer most of the fee until they are funded. The High Stakes New version is the cheapest entry point, from $19 for $2,500, and the fee comes back in stages, with 10% and 20% as hub credit after each step and 70% in cash with the first payout. There are trade offs. The $50,000 and $100,000 High Stakes accounts use tighter limits of 4% daily and 8% overall, and cap each payout at $3,000 and $4,000. High Stakes also bans executing orders from two minutes before to two minutes after high impact news, with profits from those trades deducted. Pro Growth and Hyper Growth use lower leverage of 1:30, and every payout by Rise, crypto or bank transfer carries a 3.5% commission. Processing takes up to three business days. Trustpilot shows a rating of 4.7 from more than 38,000 reviews. The5ers suits patient traders who plan to build one account over months rather than those chasing a quick first payout.
Payouts
Payouts are processed only upon your request and after all terms of the affiliate agreement are met.
You can request a withdrawal once your total earned commissions exceed $150 and you have at least 3 successful referrals who signed up and paid in full.
A 2% processing fee is applied to each payment transferred to the affiliate, except if you choose to withdraw your earnings as Hub credit, in which case no fee applies.
Payments are made through your preferred payout method available in the system.
Affiliates must not collect payments directly from customers; all payments go through The5ers.
Payouts typically take 2 business days to process after the request.

What is the difference between Pro Growth and Hyper Growth?
Both are one step programs with a 10% target, a 6% maximum loss and 1:30 leverage. Pro Growth costs far less, from $52 for $5,000, uses a 3% daily loss limit that ends the account and needs three profitable days. Hyper Growth costs from $260, uses a 3% daily pause that only stops trading for the day, and doubles the account on each target.

Payouts start once an account is funded. The first can be requested 14 days after activation and later requests every two weeks, with a general minimum of $150 in profit. Requests are processed within three business days through Rise, crypto, bank transfer or hub credits. A 3.5% commission applies to every method except hub credits.
Can you trade news with The5ers?
Holding trades through news is allowed on all programs. On High Stakes and the Summer Plan, no order may be executed from two minutes before to two minutes after a high impact release, and any profit from such trades is deducted. On Hyper Growth, Pro Growth and Bootcamp, news trading is allowed apart from bracketing strategies that place buy and sell stops around the release.
What is The5ers Summer Plan?
The Summer Plan is a limited time offer of $100,000 and $200,000 accounts. A $100,000 two step account costs $149 with a 10% first target or $179 with 8%, and a one step account costs $249. The $200,000 two step costs $249 or $279. Summer Plan accounts use a 3% daily loss limit, payout caps and a 50% consistency rule on funded accounts.
