Select Prop Firms (selectpropfirms.com) is run by Safe Meeting Pty Ltd, an Australian company (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use the site, create an account or post anything on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What Select Prop Firms is

We compare proprietary trading (“prop”) firms on their published rules, prices and payout terms, and publish reviews, guides, news, tools and promo codes. The site is free to use. We don’t sell challenges or accounts, hold your money or trade for you. When you buy from a firm, your contract is with that firm, not with us.

2. Not financial advice

Everything on this site is general information for education and comparison. It doesn’t take your goals, finances or circumstances into account and isn’t financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Prop firm challenges are paid evaluations, usually on simulated accounts, and trading involves risk. Do your own research, and speak to a licensed financial adviser if you’re unsure.

3. Accuracy

We do our best to keep every firm’s rules, prices, promo codes and news accurate and up to date, and we update our pages as firms announce changes. Firms can change their terms at any time and without notice, so some details may be out of date. We can’t guarantee that anything on this site is complete, correct or current. Always confirm the details on the firm’s own website before you buy. If you spot something wrong, tell us at info@selectpropfirms.com and we’ll check it.

4. How we make money

Some firms pay us a commission when you buy through links on this site, and some pay to feature exclusive offers. Those payments never change a firm’s rules data, review or rating. Links that can earn us money are marked as sponsored in the page code. See How We Make Money and our Editorial Policy.

5. Promo codes and offers

Promo codes and discounts are set by the firms. Most are the firms’ own public codes; some are exclusive codes a firm has given us. A firm can change, limit or end a code at any time, and it may not apply to every account size or platform. We can’t promise a code will work, and we aren’t responsible for a firm’s prices, refunds or decisions. Check the final price at the firm’s checkout.

6. Accounts

You need an account to write reviews, post in the forums, save firms and get alerts. You must be 18 or older. Give a real email address, keep one account per person, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the community rules.

7. Reviews, forum posts and comments

When you post a review, a forum post or a comment, follow our community rules. In short: write about your own experience, be honest, don’t post anything defamatory, abusive, misleading or spam, don’t share anyone’s personal details, and say if a firm gave you anything for your review.

Proof you upload with a review (such as an order confirmation or payout email) stays private. Only our moderators see it, and only to check the review.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show, store, edit for length or formatting, and share it on the site and in our emails and social posts, for as long as it’s on the site. Moderators may hold, edit or remove posts that break the rules. Firms can reply to reviews but can’t pay to remove or change them. If you think a post is unlawful or about you, use the Report button or email info@selectpropfirms.com.

8. Using our content

The site’s text, data, tools, images and branding belong to Safe Meeting Pty Ltd or the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Search engines and AI assistants may index the site and quote it with a link. Please don’t copy our firm data in bulk, scrape the site to build a competing database, or republish whole pages without our written permission. Firm names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

9. Things you mustn’t do

Don’t use the site to break the law, try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours, overload or attack the site, get around our security checks, or create fake accounts or reviews.

10. Other websites

We link to firms and other websites we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for errors or omissions on the site or for any loss that comes from relying on them, from using a firm, or from using a promo code. Where our liability can’t be excluded but can be limited, it’s limited to supplying the service again.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell account holders by email about any big change before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

14. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with us, please email info@selectpropfirms.com first and we’ll try to sort it out. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts can hear any dispute.
