Max DD Type
End of day trailing on EOD, 1 Day Pass Plan, Flex and Instant Lite, and in the Daily Payouts evaluation; locks at the starting balance (EOD, 1 Day Pass, Flex) or starting balance plus $100 (Daily Payouts, Instant Lite). Intraday trailing on Instant Classic (locks at starting balance) and on Daily Payouts funded accounts (locks at starting balance plus $100).
Daily DD Type
Soft breach (positions closed, trading paused until next day). EOD: none in evaluation, 2.5% funded. 1 Day Pass: 2.4% on 25K, 2% on 50K and 100K, both phases. Flex: none. Daily Payouts: 2% or 1.5%, and a third hit within 30 days closes the account. Instant Classic: 3%. Instant Lite: none on 25K, 2% on 50K and 100K, third hit closes the account.
News Trading
No restriction in the EOD, Flex and 1 Day Pass evaluations. A 2 minute buffer around high impact news applies on all funded accounts and in both phases of Daily Payouts; positions opened before the window may be held. Gap trading around earnings is prohibited.

GOAT Funded Futures review
GOAT Funded Futures is the futures arm of the GOAT Funded brand and trades under WITI LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. It began serving futures traders in 2024 and offers simulated accounts on CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX products. There are six plans. The EOD Challenge, 1 Day Pass Plan, Flex Challenge and Daily Payouts plan are one step evaluations with a 6% profit target and no time limit, while Instant Classic and Instant Lite skip the evaluation altogether. Every plan is sold for a one time fee rather than a monthly subscription, with list prices from $138 for a 50K EOD Challenge up to $1,248 for a 150K Instant Classic account, and there is no activation fee. Most plans use an end of day trailing drawdown that locks at or just above the starting balance. GOAT Funded Futures stands out on its pricing structure. Every plan is a one time fee with no monthly renewal, market data is included and there is no activation fee, so the full cost of an attempt is known in advance. The end of day drawdown that locks at the starting balance is a sensible design for traders who manage risk across a whole session.
The payout rules are where the plans differ most, and they need careful reading. The EOD Challenge needs seven winning days per payout and a 30% funded consistency cap, and requests can only be made in two four day windows each month. Each request is limited to half of the profit and to a cap of $1,500 on a first 50K payout. Instant Lite applies a 15% consistency rule for the first payout and a daily profit cap.
