Who Paid Traders the Most in October 2026

Prop firms paid out at least $130.4 million in October 2026 that an outside tracker could verify, about 10% more than in September. Futures firms took the top spots. Here is who paid the most, what the averages say, and what the list leaves out.

The figures come from Payout Junction’s October report, which counts payouts it can verify across 43 firms. They cover 97,906 payouts with an average of $1,332 and a median of $1,042.

Futures firms are pulling away

Tradeify’s futures accounts paid $50.3 million, more than the next two firms combined and almost two fifths of everything on the list. My Funded Futures, our top pick in the best futures prop firms guide, was third. Funded Futures Family grew 30% and Top One Futures 48%.

Part of the reason is how futures firms pay. Many now offer daily or on demand payouts with low minimums, so traders take money out more often in smaller amounts. More payouts means bigger totals, but not necessarily more money per trader.

On the CFD side, Breakout, Alpha Capital Group and FundingPips all fell by a fifth or more. A single month is not a trend, so we will watch November before reading much into it.

Average payout against the price of a $50K evaluation

Here is a different way to read the same data. For futures firms we track on a $50K basis, we set the October average payout against the list price of that firm’s $50K evaluation. The last column is how many times one average payout covers the evaluation fee.

A high number does not mean a firm is easier to pass. It only shows how far one typical payout goes against the fee. Most traders never reach a payout at all, as our look at what share of traders get paid explains. Prices are list prices before codes, checked on 5 November 2026.

Who is missing

Some of the biggest names are not on the list at all, including FTMO, Topstep and Apex Trader Funding. That does not mean they did not pay. Trackers like this rely on payouts that can be checked from the outside, such as crypto transfers, and firms that pay mainly by bank transfer or card are hard to count. Treat the list as a floor, not a full league table.

How to use payout data

• Use it to confirm a firm pays at scale, especially a newer one.
• Look at the trend over several months, not one.
• Check the rules that decide whether you get paid: drawdown type, consistency and payout caps. Our compare tool lines them up side by side.
