Top One Futures review
Top One Futures is a futures prop firm operated by Top One Futures, LLC, with a registered address in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Its site links to Top One Trader for CFD trading. It sells four programs on accounts of $25K to $150K, and every simulated funded account pays a 90% profit split. Elite Daily is a monthly subscription of $178 to $549 with a 6% target, a 40% consistency rule in the evaluation, no activation fee and payouts every 24 hours once funded. Elite Access costs $139 to $359 at checkout, has no daily loss limit or consistency rule in the evaluation but a 30 day time limit, and charges an activation fee of the same amount on passing, or half that if the trader accepts an intraday trailing drawdown on the funded account. Instant Sim Funded ($419 to $939) and Ignite ($218 to $799) skip the evaluation and apply consistency rules of 20% and 15% to each payout. Drawdown is end of day trailing on every account except the intraday Elite Access option, and it locks at the starting balance plus $100. Expert advisors and bots are banned, trades must stay open for more than 10 seconds, and positions must be closed by 4:10 pm ET. Payouts are sent through Rise by bank transfer or crypto.
Suits
Manual intraday futures traders who want frequent payouts and a choice between subscription, activation fee and instant funding models.
Less suited to
You trade with bots or expert advisors, scalp positions for a few seconds, or live in one of the more than 70 restricted countries.
Pros
- Elite Daily funded accounts can request a payout every 24 hours, with no funded consistency rule and no activation fee.
- End of day trailing drawdown is used on every account except the optional intraday version of Elite Access.
- Elite Access evaluation resets cost a flat $35, and the evaluation can be passed in a single day.
- Every simulated funded account pays a 90% profit split.
- Commissions are published per instrument, such as $5.76 round turn on ES and NQ.
Cons
- Expert advisors and bots are banned, and trades must be held for more than 10 seconds.
- Elite Access charges an activation fee of $139 to $359 on passing, or $69 to $179 with intraday funded drawdown.
- Elite Daily is billed monthly until the evaluation is passed, and its payouts are capped at $750 to $2,250 per request.
- The drawdown locks at the starting balance plus $100 after the first payout, which leaves little room if a large payout is taken early.
- More than 70 countries are restricted, including the Philippines, Pakistan, Turkey and Vietnam.
Verdict
Top One Futures gives traders several routes to a funded futures account, and the choice matters more than at many firms because costs and payout rules differ sharply between plans. Elite Daily is the most flexible on payouts, with requests every 24 hours, no funded consistency rule and no activation fee, but it bills monthly until the evaluation is passed and caps each payout at $750 to $2,250. Elite Access has a flat $35 reset and can be passed in one day, yet the activation fee on passing matches the purchase price unless the trader accepts intraday drawdown on the funded account. The instant accounts avoid an evaluation but cost more upfront and apply strict consistency rules of 20% and 15%.
Several rules apply across the firm. The end of day drawdown locks at the starting balance plus $100, which helps once an account is in profit, but it also locks at that level after the first payout, so a large early withdrawal leaves little room. Expert advisors and bots are not allowed, trades must be held for more than 10 seconds, and copy trading is only permitted between accounts of the same type and size. Elite Daily and Elite Access funded accounts also block trading for two minutes either side of high impact news. The restricted list covers more than 70 countries, including the Philippines, Pakistan, Turkey and Vietnam.
Top One Futures suits manual intraday traders who want frequent payouts and are comfortable choosing between a subscription, an activation fee or a higher upfront price. It is a poor fit for algorithmic traders, for anyone who scalps in seconds, and for residents of the restricted countries.

Questions about Top One Futures
How much does Top One Futures cost?
Elite Daily is a monthly subscription of $178 to $549 with no activation fee. Elite Access costs a one time $139 to $359 at checkout, plus an activation fee of the same amount on passing, or $69 to $179 if intraday funded drawdown is chosen. Instant Sim Funded costs $419 to $939 and Ignite $218 to $799, both one time with no activation fee.
What drawdown does Top One Futures use?
Evaluations and most funded accounts use an end of day trailing drawdown that follows the highest closing balance and never moves down. It locks at the starting balance plus $100 once profit passes the drawdown amount plus $100, or after the first payout. The exception is the optional intraday version of Elite Access, whose funded account trails peak equity in real time until the first payout.
How often does Top One Futures pay out?
Elite Daily funded accounts can request a payout every 24 hours once the balance is above a buffer of $1,500 to $4,500. Elite Access needs five profitable days, profit above its buffer plus $500 and a 40% consistency score. Instant Sim Funded needs 6%, then 5%, then 4% profit per cycle, and Ignite needs 5%. Payouts are sent through Rise by bank transfer or crypto.
Can I use bots or copy trade at Top One Futures?
Expert advisors, bots and other automated systems are not allowed, and every trade must stay open for more than 10 seconds. Copy trading is allowed only between the trader's own accounts of the same program and size, for example with the Tradovate copier. Copying to the trader's own accounts at other firms is permitted if the trades start at Top One Futures.
Does Top One Futures allow news trading?
News trading is allowed in all evaluations and on Instant Sim Funded and Ignite accounts. Elite Daily and Elite Access funded accounts may not open, close or modify trades from two minutes before to two minutes after a high impact release such as CPI, NFP or an FOMC decision. A violation can remove the profit on that trade but does not normally breach the account.
How do I move to a live account at Top One Futures?
After three payouts from one funded account, or five on Elite Daily, a risk manager reviews the trader. Approved traders usually start in a pre live stage with a $0 starting balance, an end of day drawdown, no daily loss limit, daily payouts from $200 and an 80/20 split. Other accounts are closed, and further live accounts can be added up to five.
