Aqua Futures rules in full

Inactivity rule

A trade must be placed at least once within each seven-day period. Failing to trade within this timeframe may result in your account being marked inactive and breached.

Prohibited Activities

Here are the types of trading you cannot engage in:

Automated Scalping

  • The use of automated systems designed for ultra-high-frequency scalping, particularly systems that exceed 200 trades per day is prohibited.

Fully Automated Trading Systems

  • You must be actively involved in trading and cannot let software do all the work for you.

Market Manipulation

  • This includes trying to artificially affect the market price by placing multiple orders or other dishonest strategies.

Micro scalping

  • This is a strategy where trades are held for very brief moments to capture tiny price movements. It’s not allowed.

Copy Trading

  • Copy trading is allowed if the account you copy from belongs to you, but it cannot be used across multiple evaluation accounts.

2%price limit rule

  • Aquafutures prohibits users from trading within 2 % of a CME price limit. A price limit refers to the maximum amount a futures contract is allowed to move during a trading session. If the limit is reached, the market may pause or halt depending on the specific product and the time of day.

Biggest Loss vs. Biggest Win (single trade)

  • Your biggest single trade loss cannot exceed your biggest single trade win during the funded stage within each withdrawal cycle. The calculation is applied to net profits (commissions included).
Scaling rules

Aqua Futures review

Rules and prices checked on 1 October 2026 against Aqua Futures’s own website and terms.

Aqua Futures, also written AquaFutures, is the futures arm of the AquaFunded brand, whose website names companies in Dubai and Saint Lucia. It sells four current models for a one time fee, with no monthly subscription and no activation fee. Flex is a one step evaluation with a 50% consistency rule during the challenge and none once funded, sold with or without a daily loss limit. Daily applies a 40% evaluation consistency rule and allows a payout on any eligible day, capped at $1,100 to $3,300 a day. Standard has no evaluation consistency rule and can be passed in one day, but applies 40% once funded. Instant skips the evaluation for $287 to $727. Evaluation list prices run from $113 for a 50K Daily account to $427 for a 150K Flex account without a daily loss limit. Every evaluation sets a 6% profit target, drawdown is end of day on all models, and there are no minimum trading days to pass. Funded accounts pay 90% of profit through Rise or crypto, processed within 24 business hours, although a 3% processing fee is taken from every payout. Platforms are Tradovate, NinjaTrader and TradingView through Tradovate, and Deepcharts.

Suits

Intraday futures traders who want a one time fee, end of day drawdown, news trading on every model and a choice between daily, on demand and winning day payouts.

Less suited to

You use automated strategies, may go a week without trading, or live in a restricted country such as China, South Africa or the Philippines.

Pros

  • Every model is a one time fee with no monthly subscription and no activation fee.
  • Drawdown is end of day on all models, and the full contract allowance is available from the first day.
  • News trading is allowed on every model, both in the evaluation and once funded.
  • Evaluations have no minimum trading days, and the firm commits to reviewing an account within 24 business hours of it reaching the target.
  • Payouts are processed within 24 business hours, with an extra $1,000 promised if a reward is paid late.

Cons

  • A 3% processing fee is deducted from every payout, on top of the 90% split.
  • Flex caps each request at 50% of profit and $2,000 to $3,000, and needs six winning days on the version without a daily loss limit.
  • An account with no trade for seven calendar days is closed and cannot be reinstated.
  • Fully automated trading and strategies with 100 or more trades a day are prohibited.
  • The restricted list covers 72 countries and territories, including China, Hong Kong, South Africa and the Philippines.

Verdict

Aqua Futures offers four distinct payout structures under one set of trading rules. News trading is allowed on every model, drawdown is end of day throughout, and the full contract allowance is available from the first day with no scaling plan. The evaluations have no minimum trading days, and the firm commits to reviewing an account within 24 business hours of it reaching the target.

The trade offs sit in the payout rules. Flex removes the funded consistency rule but limits each request to half of profit, capped at $2,000 to $3,000, and asks for six winning days, or five on the version with a daily loss limit. Standard pays on demand but needs a buffer of $2,100 to $5,100 above the starting balance and a 40% consistency ratio. Daily allows the most frequent requests, yet caps them at $1,100 to $3,300 a day, and its 100K and 150K accounts have smaller drawdowns than the other models. Instant carries a 20% consistency rule and a profit goal of $1,500 to $9,000 before the first payout. On every model, the 3% processing fee reduces the amount received.

Other rules also need attention. An account with no trade for seven calendar days is closed and cannot be reinstated, positions are closed automatically at 4:10 pm ET, and fully automated trading is banned. The restricted list covers 72 countries and territories, including China, Hong Kong, South Africa, the Philippines and Turkey.

Aqua Futures suits intraday futures traders who trade around news and want a one time price with a choice of payout rhythm. It is a poor fit for traders who take breaks of more than a week or rely on automation.

Questions about Aqua Futures

How much does Aqua Futures cost?

Every model is a one time fee with no subscription or activation fee. List prices are $113 to $267 for Daily, $160 to $399 for Standard, $131 to $365 for Flex with a daily loss limit and $172 to $427 for Flex without one, across 50K to 150K accounts. Instant accounts, which skip the evaluation, cost $287 for 25K up to $727 for 150K.

What drawdown does Aqua Futures use?

All models use an end of day trailing drawdown that follows the closed balance at the end of each day rather than intraday profit. On Flex it stops trailing at the starting balance. After any approved payout, the floor is fixed at the starting balance plus $100 on every model, so a 50K account keeps a permanent floor of $50,100.

How do Aqua Futures payouts work?

Funded accounts pay 90% of profit through Rise or crypto, and requests are processed within 24 business hours. Standard and Instant pay on demand once eligible, Daily allows a request on any eligible day, and Flex pays after six winning days, or five on the daily loss limit version. The minimum request is $500, and a 3% processing fee is deducted from each payout.

Does Aqua Futures have a consistency rule?

Yes, and it depends on the model. Flex applies 50% and Daily applies 40% during the evaluation, with none once funded. Standard has no rule in the evaluation but applies 40% to each funded payout cycle. Instant applies 20% to every payout cycle. Missing the ratio does not breach the account; the trader keeps trading until the best day falls below the limit.

Can I trade news or use bots at Aqua Futures?

News trading is allowed on every model, although the firm may review trading around major Tier 1 releases. Fully automated systems, bots and AI execution are prohibited, and so is placing 100 or more trades in a day. Trade copiers are allowed between accounts the trader owns. At least half of trades and half of profit must come from positions held longer than ten seconds.

How is Aqua Futures related to AquaFunded?

Aqua Futures is the futures offering of the AquaFunded brand. The aquafutures.io address redirects to the futures page of aquafunded.com, and the futures help centre points CFD traders to AquaFunded. The futures models, rules and help centre are separate from the AquaFunded CFD challenges, and the funded split on the futures side is 90% on all four current models.
