Rules at a Glance
Axi Select rules in full
Max DD Type
Maximum loss of 7% on the Allocation Account at every stage from Seed to Pro 500, and 10% at Pro M. Breaching it closes open Allocation Account positions; at Incubation and Acceleration the account goes into a one week quarantine, while at the Pro stages the trader drops back to Seed. A third quarantine also sends the trader back to Seed.
Daily DD Type
No daily loss limit is set in the Axi Select Program Rules.
News Trading
The program rules and terms do not mention a news trading restriction.
EAs/Copy
Own Expert Advisors are allowed. An EA built by someone else, or supplied to others, may only generate signals and trades must be placed manually. Automated copy trading and copying another trader's trades are prohibited. Scalping is prohibited and can lead to removal from the program.
Holding Restrictions
No holding restriction is stated, but profit share is only paid when the Allocation Account has no open positions at the end of the calendar month; keeping a position open defers the payout.
Consistency Rule
No separate consistency rule. Progression depends on the Edge Score, a weighted measure of skill, risk and consistency adjusted for experience.
Minimum Trading Days
Minimum stage duration of 30 days at Seed and 60 days at Incubation, Acceleration, Pro and Pro 500, with 20, 40 or 50 trades required per stage.
Time Limit
No maximum time limit is stated.
Leverage
1000:1 at Seed and 100:1 from Incubation onwards, according to the Axi Select Program Rules
Commissions
Standard Axi trading fees apply; the program pages do not publish a separate fee schedule.
Scaling rules
Scaling Plan
Six stages with maximum funding of $5,000 (Seed), $20,000 (Incubation), $100,000 (Acceleration), $200,000 (Pro), $500,000 (Pro 500) and $1,000,000 (Pro M). The allocation is the trader's own equity multiplied by a stage multiplier of x10 to x50, capped at the stage maximum. Minimum equity rises from $500 to $20,000 and the Edge Score requirement from 50 to 90. Deposits made during a stage do not raise the allocation.
Axi Select review
Axi Select is the funded trader program of the broker Axi, offered through AxiTrader LLC in St Vincent and the Grenadines. It works differently from a paid challenge. There is no fee and no simulated evaluation. Traders open an Axi Select account, deposit at least $500 of their own money and trade it live on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or the Axi Trading Platform. Once they have placed 20 unique trades and reached an Edge Score of 50, Axi opens a separate Allocation Account funded with its own capital and copies their orders into it. The program has six stages, from Seed with up to $5,000 of funding to Pro M with up to $1,000,000. Each stage sets a minimum equity, Edge Score, trade count and duration, and the first five ask for a 7% gain on the Allocation Account. The maximum loss is 7%, rising to 10% at Pro M, and the rules set no daily loss limit. Profit share runs from 0% at Seed to 80% at Pro M and is paid automatically on the first day of each month, provided the Allocation Account is in profit and has no open positions. Scalping and automated copy trading are prohibited, and Axi's launch announcement excludes residents of Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Suits
Traders with at least $500 to deposit who want a fee free, stage by stage route to trading Axi's capital over several months.
Less suited to
You want to risk only a fixed challenge fee, trade a scalping strategy, or live in Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom.
Pros
- There is no challenge fee, sign up fee or membership fee to join the program.
- Traders can progress from $5,000 to $1,000,000 of allocated capital across six stages.
- The rules set no daily loss limit, and the maximum loss on the Allocation Account is 7%, or 10% at Pro M.
- Profit share is calculated and credited automatically on the first day of every month.
- Trades run through a live Axi account on MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or the Axi Trading Platform.
Cons
- The trader must deposit and risk at least $500 of their own money, and more to reach the higher stages.
- The Seed stage pays no profit share, and the full 80% is only reached at Pro M.
- Minimum stage durations of 30 and 60 days make progress slow compared with a one step challenge.
- Scalping is prohibited and only the trader's own EAs may place trades automatically.
- Withdrawing from the Axi Select account during the month forfeits that month's profit share.
Verdict
Axi Select suits traders who already hold, or are willing to open, a live Axi account and want a structured route to larger capital without paying a challenge fee. The trade off is that the trader's own deposit is always at risk, because every order is placed in a real Axi account first and only then copied to the Allocation Account. That is the main difference from an independent prop firm, where the fee is usually the most a trader can lose on an evaluation. It also means results come from live execution, although Axi warns that copied orders may not receive the same fill price. Progress is gradual. Seed pays no profit share, so income starts at Incubation at 40% of Allocation Account profits, and reaching 80% means moving through five stages with minimum durations of 30 and 60 days, an Edge Score of 90 and at least $20,000 of equity for Pro M. Because the allocation is the trader's own equity multiplied by a stage multiplier, the largest stages are realistic only for traders with meaningful capital of their own. Some rules are light, with no daily loss limit and no stated news restriction, but scalping is banned, only the trader's own EAs may place trades, and withdrawing during the month forfeits that month's share. The program is run by AxiTrader LLC in St Vincent and the Grenadines, whose terms do not name a financial regulator, and it is not offered in Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom.

First Payout
Profit share starts at Incubation, which requires completing Seed (at least 30 days, 20 unique trades, a 7% Allocation Account gain), an Edge Score of 60 and $1,000 of equity. A payment is made after a calendar month in which the Allocation Account ends above its starting amount with no open positions. Withdrawing from the Axi Select account during the month forfeits that month's profit share.

Questions about Axi Select
Does Axi Select charge a challenge fee?
No. Axi Select has no challenge fee, sign up fee or membership fee, although standard trading costs apply. Instead, traders deposit at least $500 into an Axi Select account and trade it with their own money. Once they have placed 20 unique trades and reached an Edge Score of 50, Axi opens an Allocation Account funded with its own capital and copies their trades into it.
How much funding can Axi Select traders get?
Funding grows through six stages. The maximum allocation is $5,000 at Seed, $20,000 at Incubation, $100,000 at Acceleration, $200,000 at Pro, $500,000 at Pro 500 and $1,000,000 at Pro M. The actual amount is the trader's own equity multiplied by a stage multiplier of up to 50 times, so the top stages need between $5,000 and $20,000 of the trader's own equity.
What profit split does Axi Select pay?
Profit share rises with each stage: 0% at Seed, 40% at Incubation, 50% at Acceleration, 60% at Pro, 70% at Pro 500 and 80% at Pro M. It is calculated on Allocation Account profits at the end of each calendar month and credited on the first day of the next month, provided the Allocation Account is above its starting amount and has no open positions.
What are the loss limits at Axi Select?
The Allocation Account has a maximum loss of 7% at every stage from Seed to Pro 500 and 10% at Pro M, and the program rules set no daily loss limit. Breaching the maximum at Incubation or Acceleration closes the open allocated positions and places the account in quarantine for a week, while breaching it at a Pro stage sends the trader back to Seed.
Can I use EAs or copy trading with Axi Select?
Traders may run their own Expert Advisors. If they use an EA built by someone else, or supply one to other people, it may only generate signals and the trades must be placed by hand. Automated copy trading and copying another trader's trades are not allowed, and scalping strategies are prohibited, with repeat cases facing removal from the program.
Who can join Axi Select?
The program is open only to adults who are clients of AxiTrader LLC, which is incorporated in St Vincent and the Grenadines, and each client may hold one Axi Select account. Axi's launch announcement states the program is not available to residents of Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom, and the terms limit access to countries where the program is provided.
