Traders look beyond My Funded Futures mainly because Tier 1 news trading is not allowed on its Rapid, Rapid EOD and Pro funded accounts, and because standard Rapid switches to an intraday trailing drawdown once funded. Rapid EOD keeps end of day drawdown but is sold only in 25K and 50K sizes, while Builder and Pro pay 80/20 rather than 90/10. At list price in September 2026 the firm charged $153 for Builder 50K and $209 for Rapid 50K, and its restricted list runs to almost 90 entries, including the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa and Romania.

Each alternative offers futures evaluations on CME Group products and differs from My Funded Futures on at least one of those points. Prices are list prices at the time of review, and every firm runs frequent discounts.

Topstep

Topstep allows news trading on funded accounts, banning only the full maximum position placed directly into a scheduled major release, and keeps an end of day trailing limit in the Express Funded Account. It pays 90/10 from the first payout. The Combine is billed monthly, at $49 for 50K plus $149 on passing, or $95 with no activation fee. Payouts need five winning days of $150 or three trading days, depending on the path, and each request is capped at half the balance and $2,000 or $3,000 on 50K. Platforms centre on TopstepX. It suits news traders who pass quickly. See My Funded Futures vs Topstep.

Apex Trader Funding

Apex Trader Funding pays 100% of approved payouts and allows news trading with a directional strategy. Its 50K EOD evaluation lists at $590 plus a $119 activation fee and keeps end of day drawdown once funded, stopping at $50,100, and traders can hold up to 20 Performance Accounts. Evaluations expire after 30 days with no resets, automation is banned, and each account closes after six payouts capped at $1,500 rising to $3,000. Tradeify

Tradeify uses end of day trailing drawdown on every account, funded included, in every size from 25K to 150K. It places no restriction on news, although funded accounts must earn more than half of trades and profit from positions held longer than 10 seconds. Evaluations cost $145 for Growth 50K and $165 for Select 50K, once and with no activation fee, and bots the trader can prove they own are allowed. Payouts are capped, at $1,250 per request on Select Daily 50K and up to half of profit, capped at $2,500, on Select Flex. It suits news traders who want end of day drawdown throughout. See Tradeify vs My Funded Futures.

Take Profit Trader

Take Profit Trader sets no maximum on withdrawals. PRO accounts can withdraw on any day from the first, with no payout window, once the balance is above $52,000 on 50K, at 80/20. The PRO drawdown trails intraday, and PRO accounts must be flat from one minute before to one minute after FOMC, NFP and CPI. The 50K Test costs $170 a month plus $130 to activate PRO. Bots are banned, and more than a dozen platforms are supported through CQG and Rithmic. It suits manual traders who want uncapped withdrawals. See Tradeify vs Take Profit Trader.

TradeDay

TradeDay offers Fast Pass, which keeps end of day drawdown from the evaluation into the funded account and pays 80/20, and Quick Pay, whose funded accounts can request from any positive balance on the first day with no buffer, at 50% until account profit reaches $4,000. It bills monthly with no activation fee, allows automated systems the trader built and supports a long list of CQG and Rithmic platforms, including a free NinjaTrader licence. Tier 1 releases cannot be traded. It suits traders who want early access to profit or a wide platform choice. See TradeDay vs My Funded Futures.

The5ers Futures

The5ers Futures allows news trading with no restrictions and sells a plan built for overnight positions. Both ask for a 6% target with a 4% end of day trailing limit and no daily limit on 50K. BlackArrow is the only platform, and algorithmic trading is banned. It suits swing traders.

Funded Futures Family

Prime 50K costs $179 a month with a $2,000 end of day limit, no daily loss limit and no evaluation consistency rule, and funded Prime accounts pay every three trading days after three days of $200 profit, with a 40% rule per cycle.
