Finotive Futures rules in full

Max DD Type

1-Step: end of day trailing from the highest close ($1,000, $2,000, $3,000 or $4,500), locking at the starting balance; once funded it locks when the profit buffer is first reached. Instant: intraday trailing including open profit ($1,250, $2,500, $4,000 or $5,000), locking at the starting balance. Breach of max drawdown is a hard breach.

Daily DD Type

Soft: hitting it closes positions for the day without failing the account. 1-Step $600, $1,250, $2,000, $3,000; Instant $500, $1,250, $2,500, $3,750.

Consistency Rule

None in the 1-Step evaluation. Funded 1-Step: 40% per payout cycle. Instant: 20%.

Minimum Trading Days

None in the evaluation (it can be passed in one day). Funded payout cycles need 3 profitable days (5 on Instant) of at least 0.25% of the starting balance.

Time Limit

None. 15 calendar days without trading ends the account.

Leverage

Not applicable; contract limits of 2, 4, 6 and 10 minis (20 to 100 micros) on the 1-Step and 2, 4, 6 and 8 minis on Instant.

News Trading

Unrestricted in evaluations. Funded and Instant accounts cannot open, close or trigger orders from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high impact news; profit from inside the window is removed.

Holding Restrictions

Intraday only: everything is flattened at 15:55 CT. No overnight or weekend holding.

EAs/Copy

Bots allowed if they are the trader's own (ownership may be checked). Copy trading allowed between accounts the trader owns, including at other prop firms; third party signals banned. Hedging allowed within one account, banned across accounts. No more than 50% of profit from trades held under 30 seconds. HFT, tick scalping and arbitrage banned.

Fees

One time fee, no subscription and no activation fee. Evaluation reset at the promo price within 14 days of a breach. Funded 1-Step reset costs 5 times the evaluation fee, up to twice before the first payout. Instant has no reset. Code BOGO: 40% off 1-Step and 50% off Instant in November 2026.

Scaling rules

Scaling Plan

After the fifth payout, which the help centre calls the maximum payout level, traders may be selected for a live account: starting at $0 with the same drawdown, daily payouts at 90%, no daily limit or consistency rule, a one time live bonus equal to the drawdown and contract scaling by profit. Funded capital capped at $1,000,000 combined.

Finotive Futures review

Rules and prices checked on 5 November 2026 against Finotive Futures’s own website and terms.

Finotive Futures is the futures prop firm of the Finotive One group, which also runs the CFD firm Finotive Funding. It is operated by Finotive Futures Technologies Limited in the DIFC, Dubai, and launched in 2026. Traders get simulated accounts of $25,000 to $150,000 on CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX futures, with a choice of six platforms: NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, DeepCharts, ATAS and Quantower. There are two routes, both one time fees. The 1-Step Challenge costs $129 to $399, with an end of day trailing drawdown, a soft daily limit, no consistency rule, no minimum days and no time limit. Instant accounts skip the evaluation for $349 to $1,249, with an intraday trailing drawdown and a 20% consistency rule. Funded traders keep 90% and can request payouts on demand, processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Suits

Futures traders who want a fast one step with no minimum days or consistency rule, on NinjaTrader, TradingView, DeepCharts, ATAS or Quantower.

Less suited to

You want large single payouts, hold positions overnight, or prefer a firm with a long futures track record.

Pros

  • 1-Step Challenge with no consistency rule, no minimum days and no time limit.
  • Six platforms, including DeepCharts, ATAS and Quantower.
  • End of day trailing drawdown on the 1-Step, locking at the starting balance.
  • Soft daily loss limit: the day stops, the account survives.
  • 90% split with on demand payouts.
  • Copy trading allowed across your own accounts, even at other firms.

Cons

  • Payout caps of $1,000 to $3,500 a request on the 1-Step, with a $500 minimum.
  • Help centre treats the fifth payout as the maximum level for a funded account.
  • Instant accounts use an intraday trailing drawdown.
  • Funded resets cost five times the evaluation fee.
  • New in 2026, with few reviews so far.

Verdict

Finotive Futures gives traders one of the widest platform choices in futures prop trading and a very simple evaluation. The 1-Step Challenge has no consistency rule, no minimum days and no time limit, so a trader can pass in a single session, and its daily limit is soft: it stops trading for the day rather than failing the account. The drawdown is end of day trailing and locks at the starting balance. List prices start at $129 for $25K, and code BOGO was taking 40% off in November 2026.

Six platforms across the NinjaTrader and Volumetrica families, including DeepCharts, ATAS and Quantower, will suit order flow traders who are often limited to one ecosystem elsewhere. Copy trading between your own accounts is allowed, even with accounts at other firms.

The funded side asks more. A 40% consistency rule applies per payout cycle, each cycle needs three profitable days, and the profit buffer must stay in the account. Payouts are on demand at 90%, but each request is capped at $1,000 to $3,500 on the 1-Step and the minimum is $500. The help centre describes the fifth payout as the maximum level, after which traders may be considered for a live account. Instant accounts trail intraday, which is stricter. Funded resets cost five times the evaluation fee. All positions close at 15:55 CT.

Finotive Futures is new, with ten Trustpilot reviews (3.9) in November 2026, though the wider Finotive group has run a CFD prop firm since 2021.

It suits futures traders who want a one step with no minimum days on the platform of their choice and can work within capped payouts.
