Leeloo Trading rules in full
Max DD Type
Intraday trailing drawdown (Auto Liquidate Threshold Value) that follows the highest open equity in real time, including commissions. In the practice phase it never stops trailing, even after the profit target is reached. On an Investor Performance Account it trails the same way until it reaches starting balance plus $100, then stays fixed (for example $50,100 once equity reaches $52,600). Ignite qualifiers receive a $150K Performance Account with a $5,000 trailing drawdown.
Daily DD Type
None on Foundation practice accounts and Investor Performance Accounts; the trailing drawdown is the only loss limit.
Consistency Rule
None in the practice phase beyond the 10 day minimum. Performance Accounts: best day below 30% of total profit, measured across the life of the account (Edge Enhancers that waive the rule or raise it to 50% are sold at Leeloo's discretion); flipping on no more than 5% of trading days; consistent contract sizing, daily trade counts and profit taking; no home run trades or profit guarding. All payout requests are reviewed manually and approval is discretionary.
Minimum Trading Days
10 US market days on the same account number to qualify (1 day with an Edge Enhancer when offered). Performance Account: 30 traded days before the first payout, then at least 10 traded days in the month for each later request.
Time Limit
None on monthly Foundation accounts while the subscription renews every 30 days. LB Bundles expire after 30 days, Ignite after 20 days and Express after 14 days (10 to 11 trading days).
Leverage
Not applicable; contract limits of 3, 8, 12, 15, 25 and 30 minis for the $25K to $300K accounts, 12 on Express and 14 on Ignite; micros up to ten times the mini limit.
News Trading
Permitted as part of a normal strategy. News strategies that chase the market, place orders on both sides of a move or gamble on the outcome are prohibited and can lead to payout adjustment, denial or account closure.
Holding Restrictions
Practice accounts may hold positions through the close. Investor Performance Accounts: help centre articles conflict. One allows up to 3 micros through the close (more with admin approval and enough profit to cover margin); another, updated 13 April 2026, says no positions may be held on any Performance Account and trades must be flat 15 minutes before the session close (16:45 ET for ES).
EAs/Copy
Fully automated trading, bots and external signal bots are prohibited and lead to account closure. Manual DCA and manually executed trades from alerts are allowed. Copying another trader, or letting another person trade the account, is prohibited. A trader may copy trades across up to three of their own Performance Accounts at a time; copying is barred on Accelerator, Weekly, Edge Enhancer and third party accounts.
Commissions
Per side, simulated and applied to all practice and Performance Accounts (help centre table last updated August 2023): ES, NQ, RTY, EMD, YM $1.99; MES, MNQ, M2K, MYM $0.51; NKD $2.88; BTC, ETH $5.76; MBT $2.76; MET $0.46; 6A, 6B, 6C, 6E, 6J, 6M, 6N, 6S $2.36; E7, J7 $1.61; E micro FX $0.42; GF, HE, LE $2.79; ZC, ZM, ZO, ZR, ZS, ZW $2.71; XC $1.79; GC, HG, PA, PL, SI $2.31; MGC, MCL $0.76; QI, QO $1.51; CL, HO, NG, RB $2.26; QM $1.96; QG $1.26.
Fees
Foundation practice accounts renew every 30 days until cancelled (failing does not cancel the subscription); reset $85, which does not change the renewal date. LB Bundles, Express and Ignite are one off purchases that expire. After qualifying, a Performance Account fee applies: $109 a month per account in current help centre articles (the home page FAQ lists $88); the one time $250 option, which requires 12 traded days a month, is being withdrawn. Market data is included for non professional status; professional users pay exchange data fees separately. Level 2 depth and extra sessions are optional monthly add ons. Checkout adds a non refundable convenience fee of 5.85% (PayPal, Stripe) or 7.85% (Network Merchants). Reconnection after a failed or cancelled payment costs $69. All sales are final.
Scaling rules
Scaling Plan
No scaling plan. The Performance Account keeps the contract limit of the qualifying practice account (3, 8, 12, 15, 25 or 30 minis, or ten times as many micros); more contracts need another practice account. Up to 10 concurrent accounts per Rithmic ID (3 for Weekly, Accelerator or Edge Enhancer payout accounts, 5 for Turbo). Leeloo states that Performance Account trading data may be copied by a firm at its discretion; no route to a live account is published.
Leeloo Trading review
Leeloo Trading is a futures prop firm run by Natural Trading, LLC, which trades as Leeloo Trading from Billings, Montana. Traders buy a Practice Account on Rithmic, reach the profit target without touching an intraday trailing drawdown, and trade on at least 10 US market days to qualify for a Leeloo Performance Account. The main Foundation accounts are monthly subscriptions, from $250 for a $25,000 Aspire account to $850 for a $300,000 Explode account, with an $85 reset. LB Bundles give three 30 day accounts of one size for $520 to $1,250, although only one can qualify. The Express account costs $119 for 14 days on a $100,000 balance and is refunded on activation if bought at full price, while the Ignite promotion costs $405 for 20 days. Qualified traders then pay a Performance Account fee, listed at $109 a month in the help centre. Traders receive 100% of the first $12,500 and 90% after that, paid through Rise. The first payout needs 30 traded days on the Performance Account, later requests need 10 traded days in the month, and requests are made on the last Saturday of the month. Payouts are reviewed manually against a 30% best day rule and wider consistency guidelines. Help centre articles updated from March 2026 say the Foundation program and bundles are being phased out, with new offerings still to be announced.
Suits
Patient, manual futures day traders who trade most days with steady position sizes and can wait for monthly payout windows.
Less suited to
You want quick payouts, use automated strategies, or prefer payout decisions based only on fixed numerical rules.
Pros
- Traders receive 100% of the first $12,500 in payouts and 90% after that.
- Foundation accounts have no maximum time limit while the monthly subscription stays active.
- Account sizes run from $25,000 to $300,000, with up to 30 contracts on the largest account.
- The $119 Express account is refunded when a trader activates a Performance Account after paying full price.
- The Performance Account drawdown stops trailing once it reaches the starting balance plus $100.
Cons
- The practice drawdown trails open equity in real time and never stops trailing during the evaluation.
- A Performance Account carries its own fee, listed at $109 a month in the help centre, after the practice subscription.
- The first payout needs 30 traded days, and later requests are limited to the last Saturday of each month.
- Payouts are reviewed manually against the 30% rule and broader consistency guidelines, and can be adjusted or denied.
- A convenience fee of 5.85% is added to card and PayPal payments at checkout.
Verdict
Leeloo Trading suits a narrow type of trader. Account sizes run up to $300,000, there is no maximum time to pass a monthly Foundation account, and the Express account offers a low cost route with a refund on activation. Traders keep all of the first $12,500 in payouts, and the drawdown on a Performance Account stops trailing at the starting balance plus $100.
The costs and conditions are heavier than the entry prices suggest. The practice drawdown trails open equity and never stops trailing during the evaluation, every Foundation account renews monthly until cancelled, and checkout adds a convenience fee of 5.85% on card and PayPal payments. After qualifying, the Performance Account carries its own monthly fee, the first payout needs 30 traded days, and later requests are limited to one window on the last Saturday of each month. The first four payouts are capped at $1,000 to $3,000 depending on size. Approval is discretionary: requests are reviewed manually for the 30% best day rule, flipping, swings in contract size, home run trades and profit guarding, and Leeloo can adjust or deny a payout. Automated trading is prohibited.
The offer is also in transition. Help centre articles updated from March 2026 say the Foundation program, the bundles and parts of the Performance Account structure are being phased out, and the one time Performance Account fee is being withdrawn. Trustpilot shows a rating of 3.1 from 608 reviews.
Leeloo suits patient, manual futures day traders who trade on most days, keep a steady size and do not need quick access to profits. It is a poor fit for traders who want fast payouts, automation or payout decisions based only on fixed numerical rules.
Payouts
Profit Split
100% of the first $12,500 in lifetime payouts, then 90% (Leeloo describes this as the share of simulated profit a trader can receive rather than a profit split)
Frequency
Monthly: first request after 30 traded days, then once a month with at least 10 traded days in that month. Requests are emailed to support on the last Saturday of the month between 2 am and 5 pm ET and reviewed within 1 to 3 business days.
First Payout
The balance must stay above the threshold of starting balance plus drawdown plus $100 ($26,600, $52,600, $103,100, $155,100, $256,600 and $307,600 for 25K to 300K) after the request. The first four payouts are capped at $1,000, $1,500, $1,750, $2,000, $2,500 and $3,000 by size. The payout chart shows no minimum or maximum from the fifth payout, while another help centre article says limits apply to every payout. Trading must pause while a request is reviewed, and Rise identity verification with a government ID is required before the Performance Account is issued.
Payout Methods

Questions about Leeloo Trading
How much does Leeloo Trading cost?
Foundation Practice Accounts are monthly subscriptions: $250 for $25,000, $280 for $50,000, $320 for $100,000, $405 for $150,000, $725 for $250,000 and $850 for $300,000. Resets cost $85. LB Bundles cost $520 to $1,250 for three accounts lasting 30 days. A Performance Account fee applies after qualifying, and a convenience fee of 5.85% is added to card and PayPal payments.
How do you qualify for a Leeloo Performance Account?
Traders must reach the profit target without touching the trailing drawdown and trade on at least 10 US market days on the same account number. There is no maximum time on monthly accounts. After passing, the trader chooses a Performance Account, completes identity checks with Rise and pays the Performance Account fee, and the account is usually active within 48 hours.
What drawdown does Leeloo Trading use?
Leeloo uses a trailing drawdown that follows the highest open equity in real time, including unrealised profit. During the practice phase it never stops trailing. On an Investor Performance Account it trails in the same way until it reaches the starting balance plus $100, where it stays fixed. For example, a $50,000 account locks at $50,100 once equity reaches $52,600.
How do Leeloo Trading payouts work?
The first payout needs 30 traded days on the Performance Account and a balance above the threshold, such as $52,600 on a $50,000 account. Later payouts need at least 10 traded days in the month. Requests are emailed on the last Saturday of the month between 2 am and 5 pm ET, reviewed within one to three business days and paid through Rise.
What is the Leeloo 30% rule?
To be eligible for a payout, no single trading day can account for 30% or more of total profit, measured across the life of the Performance Account. Leeloo also reviews flipping, which should affect no more than 5% of trading days, along with swings in contract size, home run trades and profit guarding. Payout decisions remain at Leeloo's discretion.
Can I use bots or copy trading at Leeloo Trading?
No automated trading is allowed. Any system that enters or exits trades without manual input is prohibited, and accounts using bots are closed. Manual DCA and trades taken by hand from external alerts are allowed. Traders may copy their own trades across up to three Performance Accounts, except on certain account types such as Weekly accounts.
