Legion Funding rules in full

Max DD Type

Two Step: 10% static, measured from the starting balance in both phases and when funded. One Step: 6% static in the evaluation, then 6% trailing on the funded account. Instant Funding: 5% trailing from the highest balance or equity, and it keeps trailing after payouts. Fast Track: 5% static in the evaluation, then 5% trailing once funded, and the trail does not lock after a payout, so keep a buffer. Instant Flash: 4% static from the starting balance, which never trails. A breach is a hard breach and closes the account.

Daily DD Type

4% on Two Step, 3% on One Step, Instant Funding and Fast Track, and none on Instant Flash. It is measured from the higher of the start of day balance or equity and resets at 00:00 GMT+3 (broker time). Equity must stay above the limit all day; a breach is a hard breach.

Consistency Rule

None on Two Step or One Step. Instant Funding and funded Fast Track accounts: no single day may make more than 20% of total profit before a payout (total profit must reach five times the best day). It is not a breach; the trader keeps trading until it is met.

Minimum Trading Days

Two Step: 3 days in each phase. One Step: 4 days. Funded Two Step and One Step accounts: 5 days before a payout. Each day must realise at least 0.5% profit. Fast Track and Instant Flash have no minimum days.

Time Limit

None. Accounts are closed after 30 calendar days without a trade.

Leverage

Up to 1:50 on FX, 1:25 on metals, 1:10 on indices and oil, 1:1 on crypto. One Step funded and Instant Funding accounts use 1:30 on FX and 1:20 on metals. Instant Flash: up to 1:20.

News Trading

Allowed in evaluations. On funded accounts no trade may be opened or closed from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after a high impact Forex Factory event. A first breach is a soft breach and the trade's profit is removed; a second closes the account.

Holding Restrictions

Overnight holding is allowed. Weekend holding is not: positions are closed automatically at the Friday close on every account type. Trades must average at least 2 minutes, and funded trades must be held at least 1 minute (a first breach is a warning). Risk per symbol is capped at 2% on Two Step and Instant Funding and 1% on One Step funded and Instant Flash accounts (floating loss on any one symbol).

EAs/Copy

Any style is allowed, manual or automated, and EAs may be used for trade and risk management. Copy trading, signal copying, cross account hedging, HFT, latency arbitrage, gap trading and tick scalping are banned.

Commissions

Raw spreads plus commission: $7 round trip per lot on FX and metals, $0 to $2 on indices, 0.04% to 0.08% of notional on crypto.

Fees

One time fee for each plan. Fast Track costs $9 to start, then an activation fee of $50, $80, $170, $350 or $600 (by size) within 7 days of passing; the prices shown here include it. The evaluation fee is refunded with the fourth payout; the Fast Track activation fee is not refunded. Code LEGION gives 5% off.

Scaling rules

Scaling Plan

No scaling plan is published. Funded accounts are capped at $400,000 in total per trader; there is no limit on evaluation accounts.

Legion Funding review

Rules and prices checked on 5 November 2026 against Legion Funding’s own website and terms.

Legion Funding is a forex and CFD prop firm run by Legion Funding Ltd., an international business company incorporated in Saint Lucia in August 2026. Traders get simulated MetaTrader 5 accounts from $2,000 to $100,000 across FX, metals, indices, energy, soft commodities and crypto, with up to $400,000 in funded capital per trader. There are five routes: a Two Step with targets of 8% and 5%, a 4% daily loss limit and a 10% static drawdown; a One Step with a 10% target, 3% daily and 6% maximum loss; Instant Funding, which skips the evaluation; Fast Track, a single 6% phase that starts at $9 with an activation fee after passing; and the new Instant Flash, small instant accounts from $2,000 with no daily loss limit, a 4% static drawdown and daily rewards at 70%. Prices start at $35, the main plans pay an 80% split on demand, there is no time limit, and the evaluation fee comes back with the fourth payout. Code LEGION takes 5% off.

Suits

FX and CFD traders who want a low cost Two Step with a 10% static drawdown, no time limit, on demand 80% payouts and the fee refunded at the fourth payout.

Less suited to

You hold trades over the weekend or scalp trades of under two minutes.

Pros

  • Two Step with a 10% static drawdown and a 4% daily limit, from $35.
  • 80% split paid on demand, with a $100 minimum; Instant Flash pays daily.
  • No time limit, and the evaluation fee is refunded with the fourth payout.
  • No consistency rule on the Two Step or One Step, and news trading is allowed in evaluations.
  • Fast Track starts at $9, with the activation fee due only after passing.
  • Support is well reviewed, with a 4.0 Trustpilot score.

Cons

  • Launched in 2026, so the payout record is short.
  • No weekend holding: positions are closed at the Friday close.
  • Qualifying days must each make 0.5%, and trades must average two minutes.
  • One Step, Instant Funding and Fast Track drawdowns trail once funded.
  • MetaTrader 5 is the only platform.

Verdict

Legion Funding makes a strong first impression for a young firm. The Two Step is the standout: a 10% static drawdown that never trails, a roomy 4% daily limit, targets of 8% and 5% and no time limit, from $35 for $5K or $529 for $100K. That is one of the more forgiving rule sets at its price, and the fee is refunded with the fourth payout.

Payouts are simple. The main plans pay 80% on demand, with a $100 minimum and reviews in 1 to 3 business days, and the firm advertises 24 hour payouts. There is no consistency rule on the Two Step or One Step, news trading is open during evaluations, and manual or automated styles are both welcome. Traders on Trustpilot single out the support team, which often replies within minutes.

The range covers most styles. The One Step suits traders who want a single phase, Instant Funding gives a funded account straight away, Fast Track lets traders try the evaluation for $9 and pay the activation fee only after passing, and the new Instant Flash offers funded accounts from $35 for $2K with daily rewards and no daily loss limit.

A few rules need attention. Qualifying days must each make at least 0.5%, trades must average two minutes, positions are closed at the Friday close, and funded accounts have a 10 minute news window. One Step, Instant Funding and Fast Track use a trailing drawdown once funded, and on Fast Track it keeps trailing after a payout. Legion launched in 2026, so its payout record is still short, and a few Trustpilot reviewers report slow payouts.

Legion Funding suits FX and CFD traders who want a low cost Two Step with static drawdown, on demand payouts and a fee refund, on MetaTrader 5.
