Select is the main evaluation at Tradeify. Traders reach a profit target of $1,500 to $9,000 with an end of day trailing drawdown, no daily loss limit and a 40% consistency rule, so it takes at least three days. After passing, they choose a funded payout path for good: Select Flex, which pays up to half of profit every five winning days, or Select Daily, which allows smaller payouts on any day above a buffer. List prices run from $109 to $369.

How the Select evaluation works

Rule 25K 50K 100K 150K
Profit target $1,500 $3,000 $6,000 $9,000
Maximum drawdown, end of day $1,000 $2,000 $3,000 $4,500
Maximum contracts 1 mini 4 minis 8 minis 12 minis
List price $109 $165 $265 $369
Price with the 50% consistency add on $135 $205 $329 $459
Reset $75 $109 $169 $239

The drawdown trails the highest end of day balance and moves only at the close, but it is enforced in real time: if net liquidation value touches it at any moment, the account fails. There is no daily loss limit in the evaluation and no time limit, and news trading is allowed. The consistency rule says no single day may be more than 40% of total profit, and a paid add on raises that to 50%, which allows a pass in two days instead of three. All positions must be closed by 4:45 pm ET.

A limited release 300K Select is also sold, at $349 for the current version. It has a $14,000 target, an $8,000 drawdown and a $4,000 daily loss limit, cannot be reset and is limited to three per trader.

Flex or Daily once funded

The choice is made after passing and cannot be changed for that account. Both paths pay 90%, have no consistency rule and lock the drawdown at the starting balance plus $100, for example $50,100 on a 50K, once the end of day balance clears the drawdown by $100 or as soon as a payout is requested. Both start with reduced contract limits of 1, 2, 3 and 3 minis that rise with profit to 2, 4, 8 and 12. After the first payout, each cycle needs positive net profit before the next request.

Funded rule Select Flex Select Daily
Drawdown $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, $4,500 $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $3,500
Daily loss limit None $500, $1,000, $1,250, $1,750
When a payout can be requested Every five winning days of $100, $150, $200 or $250 Any day, once the balance is above a buffer of $1,100, $2,100, $2,600 or $3,600
Amount Up to 50% of total profit Profit above the buffer; after the first payout, up to twice the profit since the last request
Cap per payout $1,250, $2,500, $3,500, $4,500 $600, $1,250, $1,750, $2,500
Minimum payout Not stated $250

The caps shown apply to accounts bought after 1 September 2026. On Flex, the 50% is measured on total profit, the balance less the starting balance, not just the latest cycle. Funded accounts also carry a microscalping rule: more than half of trades, and more than half of profit, must come from trades held longer than ten seconds.

Worked example

The figures below describe a made up 50K Select account. They illustrate the rules only.

In the evaluation the trader makes $900, $1,000, $600, loses $250 and then makes $750. Total profit reaches $3,000 on day 5, the best day of $1,000 is 33% of it, and the account passes. Had the second day been $1,500 instead, the 40% rule would have required $1,500 divided by 0.4, or $3,750, before passing.

Funded, the trader then has five winning days of $150 or more and a balance of $52,500. The two paths treat that balance very differently.

Step Select Flex Select Daily
Payout available 50% of $2,500 profit, $1,250, within the $2,500 cap Profit above the $52,100 buffer, $400
Trader receives at 90% $1,125 $360
Balance afterwards $51,250 $52,100
Room above the $50,100 floor $1,150 $2,000

Flex pays three times as much now but leaves less room, and the next request waits for five more winning days. Daily pays less at first but keeps the full buffer, and from then on the trader can request up to twice each new period’s profit on any day, as long as the withdrawal leaves the balance above the buffer. Straight after this first payout, with the balance sitting at the buffer, a $500 day would support a $500 request; with a larger cushion above the buffer, it could support $1,000. Daily also has a $1,000 daily loss limit, where Flex has none. The payout calculator and consistency rule calculator test other figures.

Costs and payout terms

The list prices above were shown on tradeify.co on 1 October 2026, when a discount code was also being advertised. There is no activation fee and no subscription, all sales are final, and five Select 25K or 50K accounts bought together get 5% off. A trader can buy up to 15 evaluations in 30 days, reset each one up to ten times in 30 days and hold five funded accounts at once. Market data is free for non professional users who sign the agreement. Round trip commissions are $5.76 on ES and NQ and $1.82 on MES and MNQ. Daily path payouts are paid within 24 to 48 hours, through Rise. Tradeify says three approved payouts qualify a trader for its Elite live programme. Firms change their terms often, so confirm the current version before buying.

How it compares with Tradeify’s other plans

50K account Select Growth Lightning
Evaluation 40% consistency, 3 days minimum, no daily limit No consistency, 1 day, $1,250 soft daily limit None
List price $165 $145 $492
Funded consistency None 35% 20%, then 25%, then 30%
Payouts Flex or Daily Five days of $150 and a $53,000 balance Profit goal of $3,000, then $2,000

Select moves the consistency test into the evaluation and removes it once funded, while Growth does the opposite. A trader with steady days and occasional large ones may prefer Select, since those large days no longer block payouts after passing. Common mistakes

  • Passing too fast. One large day forces more trading days under the 40% rule.
  • Choosing a path in a hurry. Flex or Daily is permanent for the account.
  • Taking the full Flex payout early. Half the profit leaves the account, and so does the room above the floor.
  • Forgetting the Daily loss limit. Daily adds one where the evaluation had none.
  • Scalping in seconds once funded. The microscalping rule can block a payout.

Checklist

  • Decide whether the 50% add on is worth its extra cost.
  • Divide any big day by 0.4 to find the new total needed.
  • Pick Flex or Daily based on payout rhythm and whether you want a daily limit.
  • On Daily, note the buffer; on Flex, note the winning day threshold.
  • Track contract scaling from the reduced starting limit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Tradeify Select consistency rule?

During the Select evaluation, no single day may account for more than 40% of total profit, so the account needs at least three trading days to pass. A paid add on raises the limit to 50%, allowing a pass in two days. Once funded, neither Select Flex nor Select Daily has a consistency rule, although a microscalping rule applies to payouts.

What is the difference between Select Flex and Select Daily?

Flex has no daily loss limit and pays up to 50% of total profit every five winning days, capped at $1,250 to $4,500 by size. Daily has a daily loss limit and a buffer, and allows a payout on any day, capped at $600 to $2,500, with later requests limited to twice the profit since the last one. The choice is permanent.

Does Tradeify Select have a daily loss limit?

Not in the evaluation. The Select evaluation has only its end of day trailing drawdown, which is enforced in real time. After passing, Select Flex keeps no daily loss limit, while Select Daily adds one of $500, $1,000, $1,250 or $1,750 by size. It is a soft limit that stops trading for the day rather than failing the account.

How much does Tradeify Select cost?

List prices on 1 October 2026 were $109 for 25K, $165 for 50K, $265 for 100K and $369 for 150K, or $135 to $459 with the 50% consistency add on. Resets cost $75 to $239, and there is no activation fee. A limited release 300K was sold at $349 and cannot be reset. Discount codes can lower the checkout price.

Can I change from Select Daily to Select Flex later?

No. Tradeify makes the choice permanent for each funded account. A trader who wants the other path has to pass another Select evaluation and choose differently on that account. Different Select accounts can be on different paths, within the limit of five simulated funded accounts held at the same time.
